How referral rewards work
Only a valid, different referrer email can count. The earliest valid referrer owns the relationship, and the referred person appears only after reaching 2 accepted hours. Rewards are $1 per accepted hour, up to $50 for each referred person and $200 total for each referrer email. A referrer may still refer any number of people.
